Order
- In sum, the Court dismisses the claims of
foreigners purchasing on foreign exchanges for lack of subject matter
jurisdiction, and dismisses all claims against Barnevik and Mogren for lack of
personal jurisdiction. The 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 claims are dismissed as to
all remaining defendants because the complaint does not adequately allege
scienter, and the 20(a) and 20A claims are dismissed for lack of an underlying
violation.
