Rule 400

Application of Rule 400 to Rule 494, Inclusive

Rule 400 to Rule 494 shall govern every registration of securities under the Act, except that any provision in a form, or an item of Regulation S-K unless otherwise specifically provided in Rule 400 to Rule 494.
