Rule 8b-1

 Scope of Sec. 270.8b-1 to 270.8b-33

The rules contained in Sec. Sec. 270.8b-1 to 270.8b-33 shall govern all registration statements pursuant to section 8 of the Act (15 U.S.C. 80a-8), including notifications of registration pursuant to section 8(a), and all reports pursuant to section 30(a) or (b) of the Act (15 U.S.C. 80a-29(a) or (b)), including all amendments to such statements and reports, except that any provision in a form covering the same subject matter as any such rule shall be controlling.
