Certain Pre-Effective Amendments Deemed Filed with the Consent of the Commission

Amendments to a registration on Form F-2 relating to a dividend or interest reinvestment plan, or on Form S-4 complying with General Instruction G of that Form, filed prior to the effectiveness of such registration statement shall be deemed to have been filed with a consent of the Commission and shall accordingly be treated as part of the registration statement.
