Rule 13a-3

Reporting by Form 40-F Registrant

A registrant that is eligible to use Forms 40F and 6K and files reports in accordance therewith shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of Regulation 13A (240.13a1 through 240.13a17 of this chapter).
